Sonnets: Tyres of your car

Calm and cool, I take the heat
You watch me but do not see
Tyres on wheels, that never fades.
Even in sundown, round I roll
Drilling deep, far from the sky;
I always wake to body ache
As a result of a fickle shake.

I stay beyond the panels
Of your car, and the long tunnels
Through the stones and stoves
Oscillating in different seasons
Round forces for one reason….
Hoping you notice, I am in love
You hear but do not listen.
