In a long, unending war
In which tonnes lie on the floor
Moment you stroll, all eyes fall
Mesmerized by all your walls,
Heroes you turn to chicken heart
Hallucinates day and night.
So like the hell’s blazing fire
Scintillating sweet desire,
Anytime you stroll, bullets pause
Arrows drop, heart loss their pulse.
No stitches no single scar,
Notice you glitter like stars
Sun envies that your reflects
Scuffing hearts, like a magnet.
What is a sonnet
