Love confession (III)

You are the whole nine yards
Everyone’s dream about
A perfect reason to
Head straight to pit of hell.

Your facial appearance
Exorcises demons, I heard
Though on the grapevine
That you keep love at bay

You never know what is
True if you keep running
From the truth, I have reached
Final destination

I am optimistic
Simply because every cloud
Has a silver lining;
Mine is you, please accept.

Love confession (II)

None can steal your thunder
With or without makeups
You are always finer
And brighter than the sun…

Love confession

You are so beautiful
That it gets me crazy,
No words can describe
Your visual presentation

Take not my confession
With a grain of salt
For you, I would undo
Irreversible deeds…

Girl your imperfection
Blends with your perfection…
Making you an Angel
And the best of both worlds.

Lament of a Grass

I want to speak on a hot potato
Not the sexy spicy mama you know
Neither is it a romance story told
But Elephants that think they are gods.

Left to them, grasses trembled on
And shrubs beneath knees should not grow
They demand loyalty and a jump on bandwagon
Riding straight to the deep pit of hell.

Whereas, no life on earth forever stays
No conjuring charms can evade the decay
Soon you will be late, and no longer participate
In the affairs of those living on earth

Would you know you, when you are late?
This is just a penny for you thoughts
Give support rather than uprooting roots
Be humble, we all broke out by chance

Stop living life like you created yourself..
We are under the sky, breathing same air
Heal me with kindness at the drop of your hat
Not boss me around, like you can buy life.

Paddling

Challenges comes
Challenges goes
And life keeps going
On and on again…

No one wins the race, but
The misconceptions
Of man’s intuitions
Created competitions.

Life is a cycle,
Short as a bread
Breath is a ride
Around the cycle

While paddling
Enjoy the ride
Because you would not
Go around it twice.

Move on brother

Seems you need an inspiration
Life has prints ugly blemishes
Journey through the lessons it teaches
Makes one know they weren’t that bad.

Most times we need motivations
I heard that you had a great fall,
But the most greatest of them all
Is falling again on same spot.

Listen to this inspiration
Since circumstances brought you hell
From the spot that you tripped and fell,
Rise; mark the spot and forge ahead.

FOMO ( Fear of missing out)

Journey of life takes me to a place
Where life is calm and peaceful
Though, sometimes grasses go dry
But once the rains comes they sprout

I dwelled underneath a friendly sky
Inhaling fresh air on healthy diets
I have a plan, to live a genuine life
Hence I stay focus on my lonely track

But the wind keeps bringing pictures
Of friends who flip to another path
Where milk and honey falls from the sky
On hands whose feet are on greener grass

Everyone I have ever known now glows
Adopting different accents and richly postures
“YOLO – You only live ones” they scream
Creating FOMO – “fear of missing out” in me

Every seconds a new picture drops
I see, life is fun and party to them
Feels I’m an eclipse, hence everyday
I wait for the earth to rotate, so I may glow

Looking around me, I see just me
And it takes me under the weather
Feeling lonely and underachieved
I just hope I am on the right track.

Lenses of Nature

When three ropes
Are tied together
It becomes stronger

The sky, air and soil
Are filled with glows
And treasures of all kinds

The beauty of nature
Is in everything
It connects together..

How wonderful is it
Seeing clouds gather
And let go of its weight,

Raining splendidly
Over tall hills and
On the green grasses

Giving life essence
And sprouting roots
Reasons to grow

How wonderful is it
That a Free falling water
Comes from a mere rock,

Valleys are between
Mountains standing tall
Reaching for the blue

While providing haven
For the eagles to stay
And regain lost strength

How wonderful is it
Seeing trees stretch
And reach for the blue,

While the rivers
At the bottom
Flows with great aplomb

Dispersing life and
Acting as mirrors,
Reflecting Gods wonders.

Born of rape

I am a cell
That often sail
From abortions
And its portions
You were the maid
Ripped into shreds
Triggered I swarm
Away from shams

But your ovary
Just couldn’t free
A frightened cell
Running from hell
After a month
Doctors report
Confirmed you were
Pregnant; I feared

And since you had
No one to hold
Responsible;
Like most people
Abort and move
I thought you would
But you stood up
Strong like a rock

You carried me
A growing hill
And I wondered
Deep down under
How you managed
With all those rage
To keep me warm
Inside your womb.
