At times she cries, but my grip
Gently rocks her into sleep
There are many places I love
Her to sleep, but all above
There is a wonderful way
Hazel sleeps at night and day
That gives me gigantic joy
Watching her rest without roil;
On my capable shoulders
As her dark eyelashes flutter
Wishing not to grow older
Under my arms and shoulders.

Could it be her striking pose
Or the way she placed her nose?
Whichever it is, she brings
Joy as a gift to my ring
And a fresh sweet morning breath…
In all dimensions, she scents
Like Rose in her cradle bed
Showering us love instead.
O what a wonderful way
Hazel sleeps at night and day
Wishing not to grow older
Under my arms and shoulders.

While sleeping she slowly smiles
Like the Angels in lala lands
Blew at her, a million kisses
Baptizing her compliments,
For the love her parents pour
Has no rival, claws and flaws
Hence, when she burst into tears,
She can swear, we will be there,
There are many places I love
Her to sleep, but all above
Wish she would not grow older
Under our arms and shoulders.
