His love has made cheating look beautiful
Flattered it feels, but so harmful
My conscience keeps judging me
Saying I ought to be meek not mean
Just when I felt like a four leaf clover
The cards began to fall all over
Yet he made me drop a thousand laugh
A chemistry for and from better half
Yes the outcome of this reaction
Can produce a mass destruction
But, I rain on him and I need him more
More than she can ever pour
This pain torments me all the time
Especially seeing her with mine
It creates a battle between minds and heart
And I am the guilty one in this fight
Oh love, has made me hide in my shadows
But he brings a cloak light; then I follow
I have fallen, bled on multiple rounds
Yet, beside me my dear friend stands
Praying I find love and be happy like her
Whereas, I am deeply in love, with her man

I get the feeling it was the scandalous version of forbidden love. Well, done!
