Hazel’s Diary: Watching Baby Hazel Sleep

At times she cries, but my grip
Gently rocks her into sleep
There are many places I love
Her to sleep, but all above
There is a wonderful way
Hazel sleeps at night and day
That gives me gigantic joy
Watching her rest without roil;
On my capable shoulders
As her dark eyelashes flutter
Wishing not to grow older
Under my arms and shoulders.

Could it be her striking pose
Or the way she placed her nose?
Whichever it is, she brings
Joy as a gift to my ring
And a fresh sweet morning breath…
In all dimensions, she scents
Like Rose in her cradle bed
Showering us love instead.
O what a wonderful way
Hazel sleeps at night and day
Wishing not to grow older
Under my arms and shoulders.

While sleeping she slowly smiles
Like the Angels in lala lands
Blew at her, a million kisses
Baptizing her compliments,
For the love her parents pour
Has no rival, claws and flaws
Hence, when she burst into tears,
She can swear, we will be there,
There are many places I love
Her to sleep, but all above
Wish she would not grow older
Under our arms and shoulders.

Hazel’s Diary: Cradle cuddle

You make me look stupid
Losing my composure
I am privileged having
You, that I am sure…

Your magnanimity
Can not be measured
It makes the stars to
Lose their cynosure.

Hotter than the Sun
It is my pleasure
Holding a beautiful soul
Covered from exposure

By a spotless nascent skin
Fresh and soft in texture;
Nothing beats the feeling
Cuddling my own treasure.

Womb Prose: Talking to the unborn

Hello, what would you do for fun,
In few months time, you will be born
Now your heartbeats, sound so sweet
I’ve seen your kicks and summersaults
Can’t wait to hold your tiny hands
On your cradle, innocent glance.

Do babies cry in the womb?

From a touch, to a mass
The belly pot then grows…
From a kick, to a stretch
The fetus, summersaults
Inside the womb, it learns
To suck and hold its toes

The heartbeats awesomely
Drumming like heaven sounds
The early form of life
Is intriguing to watch
Soon, the nine months is done
Push, push… hallelujah

Baby arrives and cry
Only language they learnt
Have you ever wondered
Why a baby outside
Would spend all day crying
But not so, in the womb?

What would be of mother
When baby cry from under?
Do they cry silently?
I want to know, because
The wisdom of the Lord
Is truly amazing.

Womb Prose: Talking to baby

Many kicks, many pains to battle
Mummy complains; “please be gentle”.

You make me beat my chest; “am the man”
You are my future number one plan.

Lemme go on to catch a grenade;
Love I got for you will never fade…

Allow good genes translates sweet berries
A future without you is barren…

Can’t wait to hear you call me daddy
Call mummy too, she is gladden.

Womb Prose: Axle Sonnet

Mum missed her visitor for a week
Then first trimester came in so quick.

Although with vomiting and fever
Not your fault, so don’t you bother.

Daddy can’t wait to hold your arms
Tiny five fingers and cradle charms.

You are the gift that completes his pack
Your cool heartbeat kept pulling him back.

So intrigued at your mother’s big round pot;
The new sweet look that she did begot

Gaining weight and looking beautiful
Although in pains, till day she births you.

Mummy can’t wait to push the axles
So prepare for contracting muscles.

Womb Prose: Man’s gift and joy

Children are gifts
and a joy to man
Growing in the womb
like plants in farm.

Stretching they kick
walls of mother’s sack
Their echoing heartbeats
pulls daddy back.

Womb Prose: Kicking bumps

I love to feel your kicking limbs
There goes my hands, to hold and climb
I will like to know what you think
I love you dearly, let it sink..

I bet your world is full of thrills
Worry not of the future bills,
I do not mind looking unkempt
Just to make sure, you are alright.

Baby Shower

Well some friendships, are more like bloods
Thicker than water; sweeter than sugar.

My dear sweet friend; you are adoring
Lovely pretty daughter, turning mother

Blunt; no pretend were all funs we had
Truth and the dare; running from a beer.

Glad and privileged to be your friend
Distinction you are, beauty with brains

You are a gem, and a virtuous woman
Surely you have something golden in you,

Something to treasure, never a chaste
From actions and humps; God bless your bumps.
