Fairweather friends

Happy like a dog with two tails
Jumping around bond bosom trail
For a friend I always bend the rule,

A million friends and a million brew
Not even one, when the storm grew
Could help or aid my breakthrough.

I’ve been bruised and shackled in pools
By drowning friends, I tried to pull
After all that, I stayed as a fool

I thought the door swings in two ways
During the thick, thin and wrinkles
A lot of my friends forgot my name.

Be careful of the friends you make
Some are mosquitoes by the lake
Hanging around to always take.

Many are nothing but a green snake
You can learn from my mistake
All stretched hands, are not for handshakes.

The case of tomorrow

Tomorrow is a lady
Gorgeous and attractive
To have her, I have to create a plan
Living life like, it is my last
For her, I rise at sunrise
And at sunset, need teaches a plan.

I have open doors, hoping
To know tomorrow better
But she shows me a purse of pauper
Empty, when I welcome her,
At times she is a stone throw
But in reality she is farther.

No one has ever touched her
She must be a sweet virgin
In my dreams her hot image is shown
At sunrise, she disappears
Yet, I heard she is pregnant;
Till the time when her fruits will be known.
