Haiku: After Vows

Each time, the dawn breaks
By my side; up, you will wake
No more missing you.

Tone: Long cold nights

Her pores have this perfect imperfection drops
Pleasant odour; and caress each time it pours,
Hence pillows I hold when the room feels so cold,
And on sheets I fold, when the night seems so long.

Inner me burns like the volcano’s hotness
Without her sprinkle warmth, I feel so homeless
Hence whenever she leaves, the birds loss their nest
Homeless and restless I be, missing her sweats.

When I miss her effortless perspiration
There is this steep rise in anticipation
Hence pillows I hold when the room feels so cold,
And on sheets I fold, when the night seems so long.

As for her sweat droplets, they speak of her strives
Absorbing it, my uncoated heart meets her drives
Hence each time she is near, my heart skip a beat
Homeless and restless I be, missing her sweats.

Tone: Pyrexia

In the midst of a warm embrace
We lost track of time, on a race;
Tall shadows grew to separate gloves
But we glued hands, against the cloves.

Resting our heads on the pillow
The breeze blew through open windows
Caressing from our heads to toes
We transcended to flesh and bones.

Beneath the thick all white bedsheets
Comfort was all we felt in shifts
We were the victims of our slime
Sticky touches, irony of dime.

But before we knew it was dawn
Aurora spread over the lawn
Ten more minutes was our demand
Sluggishly rolling on the bed.

Feeling to stop hold was not fine
Inevitably, rise and shine
For daily bread, we had to go
But as we did, the fever rose.

Tone: The best way I start my day

Every morning, when I wake
And you are not by my side…

Melting in cold, I pick up the phone
Dialing the digits of your contact;

Hoping to hear your beautiful voice,
At the background; the tone beeps,

But my screen shows your charming face
Smiling so bright just like the sun…

Perusing at your photograph
Is the best way I start my day.

Missing Someone Special

Just trust me
When I say,
The worst way
To start a day

Is not hearing
Your sweetening
Serene calming
Voice, when I wake.

Tone: Dream House

I keep seeing you in my dreams,
Evading the pitfalls by your reams
Playing in sequence never trim
Far from nightmares, far from screams
Genuine is the love that you stream
Projecting on me a sweet beam
Fine and intriguing like a film.

I keep seeing you in my dreams
Alive I come, under your steam
You are so hot from base to brim
My heart is brightened by your gleams
If you are not here as I deem
When I wake, incomplete it seems
…I keep seeing you in my dreams.

Tone: 48 hours

No matter the weather
We never buckle;
Rolling together
Like tyres on bicycle.

Everyday, for centuries
We communicate in blitz;
When we wake as we flip
And before we go to sleep.

I still do not know
How she lost her phone,
I have been a crumbling tower
For over forty eight hours.

I truly miss her so badly…
And not hearing from her
Has really been so ugly
Turning thick ice to fire,

Burning deep all anew
Thus bringing forth
Yearns with a lot to chew…
In a mix of love and fright.

Please come home

The sun no longer shines
In middays of my life

How did I let you go
Far away from our home

A king without a crown
Walking dead I am now…

Workman without his tools
Seems I am but a fool.

The sweet thoughts of you
Arouses within me

An enormous feeling
Harvesting cold feet

On my face and heart
Are pains, so big and large

Pregnancy I can’t hide
Please come home, I miss you bad.

Unbolted

On shallow waters
I cast pillar
A pillar of salt
That says a lot…

Tall walls I built
Against your nails
But by the corner
I dropped a ladder

Each time we fight
I slam the door
But never really
Bolted the door…

Snub cubes

There are thirty eight reasons
I will always miss your smell
It starts with a fruity sweat
That precede your softness.

You keep appearing in my head
In the form of a snub cube
With thirty eight smells of you
I will always miss you dear.
