The redemptory price
Of a perfect world
Is off the lines of a song
It is beyond hushing words
It is more than
A sheet of spotless white.

A time no eyes shall roam
Death we all detest
Will be gone into thin air.
And breath shall feel the weirdness
Up the clouds, on the sands
Tongues shall taste different,

When the waters has gone still
The lions and sharks turn jovial
For the Earth no longer rotates
Time is fused on one spot
For today is but the day
None died and no one is born.

Nigeria: Fifty Seven October

On a stage with flag,
Green and a white green
With fifty seven
Shades, of same old me…

I sing songs of joy
To bring back dead hopes
With one mind for good
Electrified crowd.

I sing songs of peace,
The world I sing to
Smile each time I mime
But dance off my beats…

The songs I sing of
Harmony, says
We are all related
Seeds, genes, blood and tribes…

I sing songs of love
To ears of the world
On a public scene
And they nod their heads.

When I bow to leave,
I kinda love it
Only that I sing
To a deaf audience.

Prologue: Pages

I have a book, I read and look
On each page is same pretty face
Painted with lost traces of grace.

Life and death; recommend this book,
On each page is a face of a mother,
Looking emotional, sad and bitter.

On each page, is a surprising spitfire,
Toothless fly, turned into a barracuda;
Attacking all her feirced rival.

On each page, her lips does hiss
To failed promises and dried kiss;
Withered are roses around her hips.

On each page, is also a pot of desire
A new hope, pen and also an eraser
To wipe and rewrite the next chapter.

Young Boy’s World

Young Boy's World

Young Boy’s World

He seem a boy from a never same era,

Partly priest, partly pestilence,

Blessing both ugly and pretty girls;

Witching and itching hearts with his attitude.

Shy, sometimes smart and bold to face the her,

As she stares, he goes a thousand mile to please her.

Like Robin Hood, he steals to give to her.

His vitality, his arrogant courage, and his sense of humor

Brings mantle to his eyes and perks to his cheek.

Homo, womanizing, drugs, and wrongs he involves,

Smoking, drinking, fighting he kills,

Blood in hands, the young world hails and appears,

Displaying masculinity in the young world flairs,

He feels secured in crime he’ll rebuke his young boy from.

No more Tortoise signature in Naira Notes

No more Corruption in Nigeria

No more Tortoise signature in Naira Note

No more Tortoise signature in Naira Notes

She is corrupt, they rank

Forgetting that they that know no evil will suspect none,

Please let embrace a changing world

For honesty comes after your honesty

It is the best policy

To enhancing to my great Nigeria politics.

Politics is never perfect,

Consent to its perfection from root to top

Like a palm-tree sincere to palm-wine,

Let her honesty not only pay

But suit critics and everyman.

Now she crafty mould her toil

Honor lies in her honest toil

Not until then,

The tortoise signature

And that stingy magnetic field

Would be printed on the naira note.
