Part 4:

"We love you too," they both replied,
"And we'll be there, by your side."

"We'll get you help, the best we can,"
"And we'll make sure, you're a 'healthy man'."

Emy wiped her eyes, her tears were gone,
"Thank you both," she said, with a yawn.

They tucked her in, and turned out the light,
And as they left, all was alright.

The neighbor watched, with a sigh of relief,
"The truth has set them, back on their feet."

Days turned to weeks, as Emy grew weak,
The doctors tried, but her health was bleak.

They fought so hard, to save her life,
But in the end, her death was rife.

Her parents wept, their hearts were sore,
The neighbor watched, from her door.

The funeral came, a quiet affair,
As they said goodbye, with love and care.

Though Emy's gone, her memory lives on,
In the hearts of those, she left beyond.

The greatest regret, as the days went by,
Was wrapping up desires with bunch of lies.

The neighbor grieved, her eyes were red,
For the family, in sorrow bred.

She sat alone, as the rain poured down,
A thunderstorm, shook the town.
